2 bumps bottom of neck behind jaw 1 on each side 10 yr old qtr horse gelding?

I'm kind of shooting in the dark here..but it might be warts? If it really bothers you, you can get a vet out to see what they are..sometimes bumps just come from an allergic reaction to something or even a bad bug bite?
