Battle of the concealers?

i need a concealer for under the eyes and spot concealing it has to be able to work with a tinted moisturizer... what should i get should i get macs select cover up for under the eyes and studio finish for spots or should i get kat von dee tatoo concealer for both .. any concealers you recommend
