Can breast engorgment and swollen jaw glands be connected?

hi, my son is 10 months old and 4 days ago he quit breast feeding cold turkey. he absolutly refuses to nurse but takes a bottle right away. so as expected my breasts became engorged. i went to the doctor and we got that figured out but today i noticed that the right side of my jaw glands are swollen. (my breasts still are. my question is can this be connected? if so how? thanks in advance :)
