Just recently got my wisdom teeth out, and had a question..?

I'm 15 and I just got my wisdom teeth out last Friday.. All went well, except for just soreness of my jaw now here and then.. Anyway, my cheeks are still a bit swollen, and.. Honestly, its kind of annoying.. I was wondering if anyone knew how long the swelling will last? And if theres any advice on how to take the swelling down? Thank you in advance!
