Are green worms safe for tiger salamander?

I have a tiger salamander, and my dad just bought the new "neon green" night crawlers that originate from Canada for him. Are these going to be safe for my salamander? I don't know if they're dyed or if they're naturally green, but I want them to not harm my guy. Thanks!
