I had a dream I was being cut open and raped?

In my dream, at the age of seven I was taken by someone, and chosen to have their baby. I was raped, and then the man proceeded to cut open my entire jaw, as well as drill needles into my skin. What's worse is, I ended up contracting HIV from the man who raped me and became HIV positive. After the ordeal, my baby was taken from me and I never got to see it. My mouth was slightly detached from my jaw because of the cut. What could this kind of dream possibly mean? Lots of pain... and rape, and the shame of being HIV +.
