In runescape how long would it take to get to lvl 99 str from 75 training on flesh crawlers?

im wearing rune armor with rune scimitar str ammy and clan cape and was wondering if i was training on lvl 28 flesh crawlers and lvl 26 rats im spending well over 16 hours a day on this (yes i know i don't have a life works slow don't judge me) so how long would it take to reach 99 str from 75 o and if you know the math for 60 to 99 def and 60 to 99 att that be cool too
