Poison ivy questions?

So it's been 3 days since I'v had this horrible case of poison ivy. It started because my stepdad likes to take the dog into the woods and not realize if he goes into poison ivy plants or not, my stepdad isnt allergic to it and my mom isn't either. I cuddled with my dog one night, the next day my forehead started breaking out in poison ivy. right about the eyebrow region. then a couple days have passed, it gets worse. its huge, inflammed, its so itchy its unbearable. theres multiple bubbles in it too that are yellow filled. (gross :/ ) then it started spreading to the top of my eyelid under my eyebrow, and all along my hairline. iv had it for 3 days now and i heard it can take weeks for it to run its course, i honestly can't bare another day with this crap. then i also noticed on the side of my face near my ear theres a lump. when i open my jaw, it goes away but when i rest my jaw it goes back. its a hard lump, not sure if its my lymphnodes or w/e swelling or if its a pimple :/ iv pretty much tried everything home remedy wise to give me some sort of relief but it's not working. i'v used calomine lotion, benadryl (cept that makes me more itchy), and cortizone cream. i have no idea whats going on and i'm afraid that its gonna get into my eyes and im gonna have to go to the hospital cause my mom said they'd give me steriod shots :/ what to do?
