Swollen Lymph Node After Drinking Alcohol !!?

Well, I don't drink and never had but last year the same thing happened to me. It not only swelled, it was very painful. My Dr gave me antibiotics because lymph nodes are designed to catch infections before they spread. Doesn't always work though. He also told me about stones in salivary glands. They are very painful and wanted to see me again if the pain and swelling didn't go down. The antibiotic did the trick along with pain meds. So, keep a watch on it. If it doesn't go down, see your Dr. No, it's not cancer, because cancer doesn't come and go. I know that for sure.
