Swollen lymph node under Jaw.?

I have a swollen, moveable, lymph nodes under my jaw. I have had it for 2 years. I had an infection in a tooth and an extraction, taken antibiotics but its still there. When I had the infection it was huge, after the antibiotics it went down and has stayed the same size for these 2 years. Its about the size of a pea, and its moveable. Sometimes it hurts if I play with it too much, I know I shouldn't play around with it but its annoying sometimes. Anyone know if Zithromax is a good antibiotic for this kind of infection? Yes, I have been to the Doctors and am going back Wednesday just wondering if anyone has experienced this.
