Why dont I have a bf?? help?

okay so I'm 17 and don't have a bf , idk whats wrong I dress nice and i'm a very sweet person many people tell me i'm pretty and alot of random strangers tell me at any public place I go, they ask me ones if I was a model or if I model before. I think i'm already use to it but I havent had my first kiss and i'm 17. People ask me all the time if I have or had a bf and when I say nooo their jaw drops it's making me really uncomfortable I sometimes think guys are afraid of me. Also people think I hang out with guys or have many guy friends but I really dont.
