Does ANYONE remember this kids show? I used to watch it and now I want to find it again.?

Alright, I was living in Taiwan at the time and there was this show I used to watch. It was stop motion animation of these people who had this base and they would go get dinosaurs. they would get the bones or something and bring them back to life. It was either japanese, Chinese, or Taiwanese and I cant find it ANYWHERE. I remember one part of the theme song "Dee Dee Baaaaah!" (God knows what that translates into) But this has been driving me crazy for YEARS. does ANYONe remember this show? Oh, the people who would catch the dinos had these white and blue suits on and they would fly around in this helicopter thing. please help me remember part of my childhood! thank you!
