I am 34 and just started getting zits. Te best skin care for a women my age?

I am 34 and just started getting zits (eww)! I get them under my jaw near my neck. They started about 2 months ago and have not cleared up. I also have little bumps all over my forehead. Not full on zits just little like mounds. What the heck is going on I have always had clear skin. What is the best thing to treat with keeping in mind I am not a teenager?
